Before Requesting a Refund
We kindly ask that you give Lovely Queen Menopause Probiotics enough time to deliver its full benefits. For optimal results, we recommend using the product consistently for at least 2 months. If after this time you still wish to request a refund, please follow the instructions below:

Simply return any unopened bottles within 90 days of your order and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.

Note: The guarantee is based on your order date, not the delivery date.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order:

  • Email us directly at info@scienceforce.us or contact Digistore24 customer support at helpdesk@digistore24.com.
  • Be sure to include your order ID and the email address used for your purchase. You may also attach a screenshot of your charge.
  • If your order has not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process below.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

If you received a product that is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@scienceforce.us and include a brief description of the issue.
  • Attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect product for review.
  • We will provide return instructions and issue a prepaid return label for eligible items.
  • We cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.
  • Once we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Returns Due to Customer Preference (“Customer Remorse”)

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, you may return unopened/sealed bottles within 90 days of purchase:

  • All unopened bottles must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for these types of returns.
  • Please do not send packages back as “Return to Sender” as they may not arrive properly.
  • Once the returned items are received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Return Your Product

Please include your full name, email address, and mailing address inside the return package so we can correctly match the return to your account. You may also print and include your email invoice.
